Turnaround
Each piece is made to order. Please allow 6-10 weeks for your item to be shipped. Please allow 8-12 weeks for your pool table to ship. Once shipped, depending on the carrier, and your location, transit time can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will be emailed a link to track your order and a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order. The shipping cost includes curbside delivery, we ship via LTL freight. As a manufacturer, we ship via freight and do not have installation resources. Most of our customers prefer to have the product shipped to local movers or installers. They can receive the product for you at their warehouse and white glove deliver it into your home. If you require help with finding movers/installers in your area, please contact info@districtmills.com.
All Shuffleboard Tables, Ping-Pong Tables and Chess Booths ship fully assembled in large crates that are on wheels.
Pool Tables require professional billiards installation. If you would like to place an order for a pool table but need assistance with finding an installer in your area, please call/text 323-698-5175 or email info@districtmills.com to place your order.
